OVERVIEW

OVERVIEW
The 4-2-3-1 has FOUR BANDS to absorb pressure without breaking and can snap into attack or defense with force. The four bands can press opposition high up the field and cover space more effectively on defense.

The natural triangles across all four bands creates opportunities for easy overlaps, through passes, safe drops, and crosses.

NUMBERING
Follow a straight forward numbering system to make it simple for players to learn and remember placement and responsibilities. Each position is associated with a number. Starting with the Keeper, we move left to right in a linear number system, 1, 2, 3, 4, etc.

COACHING
Coached girls and boys recreational, then select, soccer from 2010 through 2020.  I started because my local club needed volunteers and my son and daughter enjoyed playing.  Ended up coaching fr 10 years. Received my D license from the Colorado Soccer Association in 2013 and Goalkeeping certification from the United Soccer Coaches in 2016.

FOOD SECURITY
Hunger is a very real and serious issue in Walworth County, Wisconsin. The median income hovered around $35,000 to $38,000 (Source: United States Census Bureau) and one third of the area

OTHER

CLEAN UP
I volunteer for weekly and monthly clean ups in and around where I live in San

Francisco, on the border of Cow Hollow and the Marina, and Crissy Field Beach. This a great way to make a small difference and take pride in the city and my immediate community.
