GTM AND NEW MARKET DEVELOPMENT
In recent role as the Head of Sales/Business Development and President at Nitek, built a go-to-market strategy that expanded our
reach into new markets in North America as well as into EMEA, LATAM, and APAC which included.
• Built partnerships with ISVs and electronic manufacturers that complemented NItek solution (and whose solution Nitek complemented)
to build an end-to-end ecosystem that was beneficial and attractive to multiple industries
• Created and shared demand generation game plans and supporting collaterals (localized into German, Italian, Dutch, UK English,
  Spanish, and Portuguese for partners in those geos);
• Directed (and participating in!) targeted micro-campaigns with partners selling the end-to-end solution and shared customers contact information with key partners;

 

•    Created Contract Manufacturing Services (CMS) and Private Labeling offerings to create new revenue streams and better utilize new manufacturing equipment.

(4) developing and tracking both internal and parter KPIs and A/B testing in each market place to determine most attractive messaging and best 

(5) participated in independent partner specific training and customer facing shows to educatecreated some potential exit parters  

This plan resulted in a 35% increase in sales in North America, 150% increase sales in EMEA (with new markets the Middle East), new sales in LATAM and APAC, and 2.5x EBITDA in 18 months.  This also created a number of potential exit/M&A partners who were interested in embedding our solution into their products.

  including penetration and success into specific vertical targets, such as Retail, Manufacturing, and Pharma, as well as specific

• Collaborated with SDR/BDR, SE Managers and Marketing teams to develop effective demand generation campaigns, drive conversion
rates, enhance customer satisfaction, and improve repeat and same account sales. Nitek
