I have found the following skills are crucial to effectively lead others. While I've not always been successful, throughout my career I have tried to practice, continually develop, and model the following skills to guide, motivate, and inspire others. This has allowed me to drive change and innovation, build strong relationships, solve problems, and create a positive, fun, and rewarding culture while working towards the share goals of our immediate team and organization.

Analytical Thinking: Evaluate data, identify patterns, and make logical, informed decisions.

NEGOTIATION
